Neil Burton was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He resides by the Niagara River with his wife, Debra. He co-founded the Thorold Community Theatre. He received a Writer’s Foundation “America’s Best” award for his first screenplay, “Becket’s Bridge.” He produces, directs and, at times, acts in films for his independent film company, Our Town Productions.
